Random question - do you keep normal-speak notes of the stuff that gets posted as ninja coder?

I keep thinking this would really make a great book/something. Granted, it'd be a kind of select audience, but I think it'd be a fantastic compilation of.. stuff. Like "Ninja Coder: The diary/journal of a modern-day ninja geek/coder guru/software assassin/something".

Anyhow, notes would make it easier to compile everything at a later date, hence my initial question. :)
