Ahhhh, yes. This is a fairly simple web-ninja kata using the kama. It only requires a bit of a twist in the wrist as you attack, like so...

<span style="cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;" title="these words will appear in the popup">these are the words that are always visible</span>

Results in:

these are the words that are always visible

It is not a very difficult kata; I don't know why more ninjas don't use it.
