Often the ninjas that are the best at the silent arts are seen as invaluable in sorties rather than managing other ninjas. I've seen a lot of very stealthy people have to wait a fair bit for that first step up because they were just so good at silent killing. Ironic, but sometimes the worse ninjas get the leadership roles.

But you seem contemplative enough with your haiku and floral arrangements to learn and grow from this experience. I know that you will sharpen your ninja-to and shuriken and be better. Your clan will not fail reward an assassin of your caliber. And at least you have all your pinkies!
